Reporting to the Director of Registrar Operations and working closely with Administration and College associates, supports the Registrar departments at American Career College by assisting the Director of Registrar Operations with the following: streamlining and auditing academic processes, documenting and implementing improved registrar processes utilizing information technology.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
Assists the Director of Registrar Operations, with policy and regulatory requirements to assess compliance and regulatory risk. Works with the campuses on resolving various registrar issues and concerns such as difficulty in tracking or obtaining data.
Identify and review attendance and grade discrepancies. Work with campus registrars and campus leadership to resolve the issue to ensure accurate student records and transcripts.
Works with the Deans of Nursing on any template changes/revisions to ensure all course, term and programmatic required hours are met and effectively communicates the changes to the various stakeholders.
Supports Director, Registrar Operations and Campus Registrars with student file review and preparation for internal and regulatory audits. Becomes knowledgeable and familiar with regulatory agency requirements and standards pertaining to student record keeping.

Bachelors Degree Required
Experience And Skills
A minimum of three to five years of experience as a registrar in higher education or in a college Records office involving student records, registration, admissions, attendance, grades and record keeping.
