Service Director - Housing

Park Avenue are working with a London Borough, looking for a Service Director of Housing.

As an ambitious Council attracting significant investment and treating housing as a focal point, this is a brilliant Service to direct!

Specialisms are required in the following areas:

Housing Management (the people-led side of Landlord Services)

Housing Needs (all things homelessness and temporary accommodation)

Key points of focus for the Borough over the next 6 months:

New Private Rented Sector Supply

Effective Resident Engagement

Temporary Accommodation Numbers/New Regulations

You will be reporting to a Corporate Director and have two brilliant Heads of Service (whom I've worked with personally for a long time) reporting to you.

Although the role is somewhat operational, it's much more; you'll be responsible for millions of pounds' worth of investment in a politically sensitive environment, with specific points of focus.
