We’re looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join us for 12 months in our Coventry headquarters to be wholly accountable for managing the Developer / Customer through the end-to-end design journey, making sure their needs are established, understood and managed effectively.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

In this role you’ll be the single point of contact for the design journey, making sure the customer is proactively kept informed as well as providing clear advice – technical and logistical.

You’ll make sure that the designs meet all regulatory and statutory requirements and are delivered to customers with excellent service at all times.

You’ll pick up applications from Developers to get a new water supply to their site whilst working with internal stakeholders to issue a response within our service level agreement (SLAs).

You’ll measure compliance within SLA’s while ensuring that these timescales meet the customer’s needs and take appropriate action to remedy when necessary.

You’ll drive performance improvements and keep accurate and auditable records that allow us to meet our D-MEX requirements (Developer Services measure of experience to customers).
