Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and effective English lessons to primary/secondary school students
Create and implement lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards
Develop and assess students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to support their academic growth
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to provide regular updates on student progress
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
Previous experience teaching English in a primary/secondary school setting
Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and educational standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons
Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and supporting students' learning and development
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
