Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students in primary/secondary education
Develop lesson plans and instructional materials in line with the national curriculum
Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement cohesive educational programs
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns
Stay up-to-date with current educational trends and techniques to enhance teaching methods
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
Previous experience teaching English in a primary or secondary school setting
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced educational environment
