Working closely with the CEO, you will ensure the right people are in the right roles, empowering all client-facing teams to deliver outstanding service.

Requirements

Key Duties:

• Foster continuous improvement in our client's coordination and productivity by streamlining operational procedures that align with their core company values
• Collaborate directly with the CEO to ensure effective communication across the wider team to create a culture of transparency and collaboration
• Review building facilities documentation and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations to ensure the well-being of employees and clients
• Evaluate the skillsets within each location and ensure that staff members are placed where they can advance
• Conduct regular salary and job responsibility reviews to nurture talent and foster growth
• Serve as a mentor and coach, guiding others and setting an exemplary leadership standard that promotes personal and professional development
• Review internal operational processes to enhance efficiency, identifying opportunities for innovation and optimisation
• Foster and develop relationships with the client's stakeholders, maintaining strong partnerships that drive their business forward
