Director of Central Operations

Your role at Veezu:

The Director of Central Operations will be responsible for optimisation of efficiency and alignment across our departments. This role involves refining processes, fostering continuous improvement, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to enhance productivity.

Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring alignment with our company's objectives, and implementing best practices to drive continuous improvement.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee and optimise operational processes across multiple departments and sites.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Lead and mentor a team to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to streamline workflows and drive operational excellence.
• Analyse data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Establish and maintain performance metrics to track progress and measure success.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies while maintaining operational effectiveness.
• Be committed to maintaining our ISO27001 certification and set high standards for Information Security compliance.
