About The Team

Project Management Office, reporting to Vice President

Job Description

Lead the planning, execution, and closing of special projects, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives
Facilitate cross-market collaboration, communication and strategic initiatives implementation between Singapore, Malaysia and Regional teams
Manage transformation projects across multiple departments, working in tandem with key stakeholders to achieve project objectives
Lead the preparation of project status reports, including progress, issues, and risks
Develop comprehensive change management plans that include communication, risks mitigation, and stakeholder engagement strategies
Engage with C-Level / senior leadership within Shopee to drive key agenda and initiatives
Analyse key business performance indicators and innovate or re-engineer processes based on industry best practices and our accelerators
Supervise and lead project teams by providing direction, motivation, and support

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, or any related field
At least 5 years of relevant experiences in medium to large scale project implementation
Background in management consulting will be an added advantage
Outstanding problem solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and project management expertise
Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
Willingness to rotate and relocate will be an added advantage
