We’re seeking a well-organized team member who can provide support to our leadership team and coordinate local administrative and operational tasks in the Amsterdam office. It is a hybrid role (occasional visiting office is required).

Responsibilities

  • Manage leadership teams’ calendar, creating meetings, sending invitations, organizing physical meeting rooms in the Amsterdam office.
  • Plan and organize travel arrangements for the CEO (in the travel system).
  • Maintain order in the merch warehouse and assist with organizing deliveries of merchandise for events, conferences etc
  • Assist with HR tasks in the office - organizing events, sending merch to employees, etc.
  • Act as key contact for local office management teams.
  • Handling ad hoc tasks as needed.


Requirements

  • Fluent English, spoken and written, Russian as a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role (office management, PA, etc.)
  • Excellent general communication skills
  • Very good organizational skills
  • Good experience using online tools like google services, slack, etc
