Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for managing projects, coordinating with clients, conducting site visits, creating architectural drawings and models, and overseeing the implementation of demountable wall partition systems. You will work closely with the design and construction teams to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in architecture and project management
• Proficiency in building information modeling (BIM)
• Familiarity with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification
• Strong skills in creating architectural drawings and models
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of submittal processes and documentation
