Internal Auditor

We are seeking a Junior Internal Auditor to join our internal audit team. The successful candidate will assist in conducting audits, identifying risks, and evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls within the organization. This role will provide an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in internal auditing and contribute to the improvement of our company's processes and operations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Assist in planning, executing, and reporting on internal audits in accordance with the annual audit plan

- Conduct tests of transactions, balances, and processes to identify risks and control weaknesses

- Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls

- Identify and document audit findings and recommendations for improvement

- Collaborate with process owners to implement corrective actions and monitor progress

- Develop and maintain audit programs, checklists, and working papers

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in internal auditing

*Requirements:*

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- 1-2 years of experience in internal auditing, accounting, or related field

- Professional certification (CIA, CPA, CMA) or in progress

- Strong understanding of internal auditing standards and practices

- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

*Preferred:*

- Experience in manufacturing industry

- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, )

- CA Inter
