We are looking for you as IT System Administrator (m/f/d) with focus on Cisco network and firewall at our headquarters in Augsburg.

Your Tasks

• First-level support for general IT queries and close cooperation with departments to solve specific IT problems
• Troubleshooting for issues relating to the IT network (L2-L3, 2nd level support)
• Expansion of the IT infrastructure at the locations
• Responsibility for patch management of network components
• Administration of Linux server systems

Your Profile

• Successfully completed training in computer science, information technology or a similar field
• Experience as a system administrator with a focus on Cisco networks and firewalls
• Sound knowledge of network technologies and protocols
• Extensive experience in the administration of Windows and Linux server systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Fluent German and good English skills
