Job Title: Senior Test Lead (HR)
Location: Regina, SK
Duration: 6 months to 9 months with an option to extend for 2 years
Client: Government of Saskatchewan
Experience: Senior (10-12 years)
Start Date: ASAP
Must Haves:
• Demonstrated experience in project management with Human Resource focus and execution of multiple simultaneous and/or large projects.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing a process of continual review and optimization of the Compliance Testing Framework.
• Demonstrated experience in leading stress testing program development in areas of program integration, risk appetite and risk decisioning integration, and governance of enterprise and subsidiary stress testing standards.
Demonstrated experience in analyzing test results, identifying performance bottlenecks, and working with functional and technical development teams to pinpoint root causes and drive issues to resolution.
