Key responsibilities:
- achieving the sales target;
- selling products and services of Ekoenergetyka;
- establishing, maintaining, and developing business relations with key customers;
- technical advisory in the field of charging stations for electric vehicles;
- preparation of commercial offers and tenders;
- preparation and presentation of commercial materials;
- conducting trade negotiations;
- current monitoring of the market and identification of its opportunities;
- reporting of sales activity, as well as information about customer needs and suggestions;
- participation in industry events;
- cooperation with other related departments in the company;
- building a good company's image in its business environment;
- sharing knowledge and participating in the induction of new employees.
Candidate Profile:
- 3 years in a similar position in sales, customer care, business development or project management;
- Bachelor or Master's Degree (sales, project management, business or technical studies)
- availability for business trips is required;
- having a driving license;
- good knowledge of MS Office is a must-have;
- proven prior experience in B2B sales of technical products with a track record of achieving high growth, ideally in a fast-paced environment;
- strong goal orientation and good work organization;
- having first experience within the e-mobility sector;
- fluent German (C2) and English (C1);
- flexibility and ability to work under time pressure.
