Our client is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. This role is responsible for managing and overseeing day-to-day operations. Developing, and implementing efficient warehouse processes. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment and many other duties.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proven track record of optimizing warehouse processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of goods
Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals and objectives
Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize errors
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate inventory management
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and meet customer requirements
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Prepare reports and analyze data to track warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement
Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics partners
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field (preferred)
Highschool diploma or Equivalent Required
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control principles
Familiarity with health and safety regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
