Clutch is looking for a Vice President of Production for an agency client of ours.

Responsibilities

• Steer the Production team, collaborating and ensuring quality delivery on projects.
• Excel in leadership, project management, and communication within budget and deadlines.
• Develop and execute the strategy for the Production department.
• Keep up industry trends and innovations, communicating insights.
• Oversee production activities, providing supervision and training.
• Ensure client needs are met as projects progress.
• Manage project resources, review and approve production needs.
• Negotiate with vendors and third parties.
• Oversee all events and productions, ensuring quality standards.
• Track working timelines and progress, including documentation.
• Support new business pitches and growth.
• Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  
  

Requirements:

• 15 years of production experience, preferably in a large agency setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Keynote, and Google Workspace.
• Experience in the entertainment or music industry preferred.
• Global or international production experience preferred.
• Experience with project management tools like Basecamp
• Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing, advertising or similar.
