Job Description:
Assist Physical Therapists in the implementation of patient care plans
Perform therapeutic exercises and modalities as directed by the Physical Therapist
Monitor and document patient progress and report findings to the Physical Therapist
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and exercises
Maintain a clean and organized treatment area
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
Education & Certification Requirements:
Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
Current PTA license in the state of California
CPR/BLS certification
Minimum of 1 year of PTA experience, preferably in a travel or diverse clinical setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
