Ombraz

Supply Chain & Operations Manager

Ombraz Washington, United States

*This role is fully remote.*

Propelled into the eyewear scene in 2018, Ombraz is shaking up an industry that hasn't seen a significant design shift in over 200 years.

Ombraz have since won Backpacker Magazine Gear Editors’ Choice Award, Gear Junkie’s Best Sunglasses, USA Today’s Best Gear, Outside Magazine’s Gear of the Year, Men’s Health Best Outdoor Gear, Popular Mechanic’s Gear of the Year, Wired Gear of the Year and Wirecutter Gear of the Year.

While Ombraz solve many inherent issues we’ve all experienced with eyewear - we’ve got zero interest in shipping plastic around the world without delivering a substantial net-benefit environmental impact. Through our mangrove reforestation efforts - each pair is 1,713X carbon-negative, making Ombraz the most carbon-negative product on the planet.

Now, we’re building a team of masterminds to push the boundaries of normalcy and catapult Ombraz into an industry ripe for innovation.

We’re looking for an analytical, data-oriented, A-player who embodies the Ombraz brand to help support our expansion. The supply chain & operations manager will play a critical role in enabling & sustaining Ombraz growth. With unlimited upward potential, you’ll work alongside the founders in planning demand for every part of the business, ensuring Ombraz is always in a strong inventory position. You will own the forecast, work directly with new & existing factories to manage supply chain needs, build scalable inventory-management systems, and execute day-to-day operational duties.
