Assists with Rapid Response edit hold clearing for correction, billing, trending, and education. Assists with APC resolution, trending and education with various department leadership and or representation. Assists with Revenue Cycle initiatives and challenge areas to include trending, correction, and education. Assists with charge capture trending, correction and education; Including Bypass, Suspended and Rejects data review. Assists with ancillary/nursing departments regarding proper charging and submitting new CDM requests. Assists DRA with various other projects or work efforts towards meeting Corporate DNFB and FBNE goals, as requested. Participates in the Hospital Chart Audit Committee Meetings to the extent of verification and implementation of remedial actions to be taken by departments over the Audit threshold. Participates in the Hospital Revenue Cycle Meetings to the extent of helping to implement, trend, and review new processes by departments discussed during meetings. Assists Decision Support Department with updating Cost Accounting System with accurate cost data (RVU’s) for open items at month end.

Mandatory: High School Diploma or equivalent. Hospital experience or related experience. PC experience (Microsoft Office). Effective communication skills.
Preferred: BS in Hospital Services or related field. Physical Requirements: Hearing and visual acuity necessary. Manual dexterity to perform keyboard function.
