What You’ll Do

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support recruiting functions within our Corporate, Entertainment, and Lifestyle divisions. Acting as a talent advisor to hiring managers, you will oversee the entire recruiting process for both internal and external candidates. Your mission will be to identify and attract talented individuals to drive our business forward. By employing creative sourcing strategies, you will engage top-tier talent through various channels. You will ensure an exceptional candidate experience and act as a subject matter expert for candidates and internal partners alike.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Source active and passive candidates through multiple channels such as online and internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking, and research.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers, gather feedback on candidate quality and final hiring decisions, facilitate the offer process and negotiations, and communicate candidate decisions to hiring managers, People Partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure and maintain best candidate experience throughout the interview processes.

Must Haves

  • BA/BS degree in human resources, business, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or Talent Acquisition within a startup environment
  • Experience in Lifestyle, Entertainment, Media Industry
  • Experience with ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and data-driven approaches
  • Adept user of LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Ability to understand business objectives and culture and translate them into hiring requirements
  • Agility to adjust search strategies as business requirements change
  • Ability to think critically, creatively, and strategically
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • This position will be based in our Miami Design District office location

Primary Location Salary Range:

$80,000- $100,000
