The Advanced Technology Group (ATG) at NVIDIA is an organization of process, CAD, and design engineers that works closely with key foundry partners and internal design groups. The team defines and prototypes advanced process, design, and yield methodologies and ensures product groups are well-positioned for the next generation.

We are looking to hire an experienced and creative Manager or Sr. Manager to help achieve these goals in a high-visibility position.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead multi-functional and across company teams on new technology definitions and bring-up.
  • Work with foundry partners and internal design and product teams to bring up new process technology nodes.
  • Explore and assess new technologies.
  • Define process and reliability debug test structures to be incorporated in new test chips and new technology driver products.
  • Work with multi-functional teams in bringing up new process technology driver test chips, debug process issues, and identify process and design interaction failures.
  • Track and ensure process meets sufficient margins for volume production ramp.

What We Need To See

  • MS (or equivalent experience) in electrical engineering, material science or physics, PhD preferred.
  • 8 years in process technology development, foundry technology interface or related fields
  • 3 years of leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of advanced CMOS process technology and device.
  • Capability to lead multi-functional teams effectively.
  • Self-motivated, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
  • Experience or knowledge of reliability and product bring up is a plus
  • Background in Litho and OPC or DFM is a plus.
  • Knowledge of design and simulation is a plus.

The base salary range is 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits . NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
