The R&D Senior Design Engineer designs solutions to meet client specifications, both internal and external, using engineering creativity as well as co-worker collaboration. Be a part of the whole solution from design and process documentation to lab experiments, vendor cooperation and client presentations. Teach members of the production department the ins and outs of the product in preparation for manufacturing and track the progress of ongoing projects.

Requirements
Ability to interpret and communicate engineering plans and specifications
Ability to conceptualize new and effective designs and engineering methologies
Proficient in SolidWorks, Mastercam and other programming software
