Our Client, a top building material distributor is currently seeking a Sales Manager for their sales team that sells masonry and hardscape products. This position is responsible for establishing new business and maintaining customer relationships. Company prefers a candidate with knowledge in the building materials and construction industry.
The right candidate for this position is required to have at least 5 years of experience in outside sales and 2 years with management experience. Direct product experience is not required but preferred. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with a customer base that buys from them on a consistent basis.
This position currently has 5 direct reports but will eventually have 9 covering the Greater Burlington region. Both inside and outside sales will report into this position.
