Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Proposal Specialist at Small Giants. The Proposal Specialist will be responsible for coordinating, preparing, and managing proposals for clients. This includes writing proposals, responding to requests for proposals (RFPs), and ensuring the overall quality and timely submission. The Proposal Specialist will work closely with internal teams to gather information, develop strategies, and create compelling proposals that align with client needs.
Qualifications
Experience in proposal coordination, preparation, management, and writing
Ability to effectively respond to RFPs
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in the AEC industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field
