Production Scheduler

Pay Range: $28/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

​

• ​Be part of a team at the Clearwater Space site where you will use your knowledge and background in finding innovative, cost-effective means to improve production control output and continuous improvements working with Operations, Engineering, Operations AME and Sourcing.
• You will partner with the production planner and the procurement team to in ensures material is on time to the production needs.
• Creates a forward-looking plan to create purchase requisitions and monitor material deliveries to support the run schedules
• Highlights critical parts and any issue, which may keep operations from meeting the MPS.
• Drive consistent communications between planning, project accounting, and management.
• Meet weekly with the Program team to review part shortages to identify solutions to the shortages.
• Use integration of production background to facilitate continuous improvement efforts that will facilitate production schedule improvements.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• ​High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of material planning or production planning experience
• Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or other related fields
• Aerospace or defense experience
• Experience in MMAS Systems
• Skilled in the use of Excel, Excel Pivot Tables, Power Point, Word, as well as SharePoint
• Strong understanding of MRP systems- SAP
• Able to make decisions using data provided.​
