Production Coating Line Worker (2nd Shift) IN MUSKEGON, MI

Summary: We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team to load and operate shot peening machines and auxiliary equipment, ensuring the required quality and quantity of production are maintained. We have openings available for second and third shifts to accommodate varying schedules and offer flexibility to our employees. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Performs duties autonomously and pays attention to detail.
Handle raw materials and finished products, including lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 30 lbs.
Checks quality of product that is in process and finished as per provided work instructions.
Perform repetitive tasks such as loading and unloading items onto the coating line.
Keeps count of completed product on each run, records, and disposes of spoilage properly.
Ensures that Scherdel's SST processes and standards are maintained and used.
Completes department-required paperwork.
Position Requirements:
Highschool Diploma or GED: Required
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for long periods, bending, and lifting heavy objects.
Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
