Job Description:
Pay Range: $50hr - $55hr
Requirement:

Requirement:
- Collaborate with styling teams to set feasible directions and fix final designs.
- Create and review 3D layouts to communicate and confirm lighting assembly designs.
- Provide technical expertise. Understand and ensure designs meet technical requirements.
- Lead part design with suppliers, set design targets, and confirm final design drawings.
- Support part and vehicle testing and verification.
- Create and implement design countermeasures.
- Estimate and manage part cost including review of supplier quotes for lighting assemblies.
- Effective communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
- Ability to cultivate and manage relationships of varying levels in/out of the organization, including supplier.
- Bachelor of Science (preferred Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) 4-year degree.
- Minimum 5-7 years of closely related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
