About The Role

By identifying prospects and long-term alliances, the Leader will drive revenue by recognizing opportunities to improve and increase the Roundglass partnership base. The Leader will utilize growth hacks and low-cost solutions to identify and execute Go-To-Market strategies and draw up a company development plan for target markets.

Additionally, this position is focused on fostering alliances and marketing Roundglass products and solutions in the wellness sector. The person will be expected to develop a partnership strategy and carry out global partner programs by selecting, onboarding, facilitating, and managing partners over the course of our relationship.

The Leader will be responsible for managing the Customer Service and Support teams in order to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction. The Leader will reinvent an automated tech support center and will continuously measure and evaluate all work processes by adopting/introducing cutting-edge improvement techniques.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with the executive team to create and execute effective sales strategies that align with the overall business objectives. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and meet sales targets.
  • Develop and implement a customer service strategy that emphasizes prompt and effective issue resolution, leading to high customer retention rates.
  • Oversee the customer service team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery and adherence to established procedures.
  • Define and prioritize the market segments, customer base, and targeted industry verticals; Setting a strategic sales roadmap for target markets and ensuring it is aligned with the organization’s strategic direction
  • Create a robust channel network, alliances and partnerships for selling RG products to customers
  • Manage key business development initiatives including new customer acquisition and existing relationships with consumers
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to drive a focused approach on sales enablement strategy
  • Work closely with customers to ensure they are successful using RG products and taking regular feedback on product features and improvements, sharing the feedback with internal stakeholders to inform product improvement and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the sales department's budget, ensuring resource allocation aligns with business priorities.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and enhance the company's competitive advantage.
  • Discuss progress of sales strategy and any roadblocks faced with the leadership team on a regular basis

Skills & Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field with 18 years of strong sales experience, preferably of a technology product
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service management, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to perform at their best.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and drive improvements.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, sales tools, and customer service platforms.
  • Knowledge of the industry's regulations, market trends, and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Pay & Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000-$170,000 . Compensation offered will be determined by level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for a bonus incentive as part of a full salary package. In addition, Roundglass offers comprehensive benefits: Regular 9 federal holidays and 1 floating holiday, 3 days of bereavement, 2 days of jury duty, medical/dental/vision with PPO/HSA plans with employer contribution, EAP provided by CIGNA and Standard, Pet Insurance for your furry friends, Basic Life/LTD/STD employer paid, 401k plan with maximum match of $5,000.00, PTO (paid time off) 120 hours to start and increased by years of service. Some benefits are not applicable for Part-Time Employment & outside of the United States.
