The Opportunity


Premier Group is currently recruiting an accomplished and ambitious Lead Generation Specialist on behalf of our Chicago based client an innovative services leader, that are expanding significantly in the US.


This position is hybrid with 2-3 days per week in office, so suitable candidates within a commute of Chicago (or those open to relocation) are invited to apply.


About the Role:


The successful applicant will cultivate relationships with prospective clients to catalyze business development success. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and results-oriented.


In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and setting appointments for a growing sales team. You will act as the first point of contact for potential clients, and your success will directly impact the firm's growth across the US.


Responsibilities will include:


  • Create a list of prospects and use a variety of methods and sales tools to engage with the market.
  • Convert prospects into qualified leads and work with senior sales leadership and internal teams to close the sale.
  • Operate as the primary point of contact for all leads through the sales process.
  • Effectively articulate value-based propositions through presentations and proposals.
  • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes, gather market intelligence, and map out the competitive landscape.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell / cross-sell to grow the overall footprint of the organization.


About You:


  • Sales experience in the service industry (services sales), preferably in the outsourcing industry.
  • Prior experience in a hunter role with ability to bring in qualified leads.
  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand various service offerings.
  • Clear and concise articulation, strong presentation skills and preparation of relevant material.
  • A strong network that can be leveraged to generate leads is desirable.
  • Ability to provide and develop client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions and, position in-house products vs competitors.
  • Proven collaborative skills working across various service lines, marketing teams, practice leaders etc.
  • Proven ability to drive the lead generation and sales process from start to finish.
