Program Director - Cybersecurity Focus

We are seeking a dynamic Program Director with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity to lead strategic initiatives within our organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the development and refinement of project strategies, ensuring they are robust, achievable, and in line with cutting-edge cybersecurity protocols.
• Task Management: Oversee the delegation of tasks among team members, ensuring clear definition of responsibilities that align with individuals' expertise.
• Success Criteria: Establish clear criteria for success, defining quality benchmarks and desired outcomes to drive project effectiveness.
• Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to guarantee that all activities meet or surpass established criteria, maintaining the highest standards of cybersecurity excellence.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate results and findings to stakeholders through detailed reports and presentations, highlighting key vulnerabilities and recommending actionable improvements.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a significant portion in leadership roles overseeing complex security projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and project management, with certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, ensuring alignment and collaboration across diverse teams.
