Your Responsibilities:
Optimizing Our Fleet: Evaluate needs and manage vehicle acquisition, negotiating procurement to meet organizational goals.
Ensuring Reliability: Implement preventive maintenance programs, coordinate repairs, and manage vendor relationships for optimal performance.
Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety policies, provide driver training, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Tech Integration: Lead integration of fleet management software and technology solutions for improved efficiency.
Environmental Responsibility: Spearhead eco-friendly practices and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
What You Bring:
Experience: Proven track in fleet management or related fields (7-10 years in purchasing or similar field), with strong leadership and communication skills.
