As a Clinic Behavior Tech, you're the welcoming face of our company. With comprehensive training and unwavering support from our expert supervising clinicians and leadership team, you deliver exceptional services tailored to meet the needs of our clients. You provide 1:1 learning sessions within our clinic, aimed at fostering competent learning skills that empower children with autism to thrive at home and within their communities.
Under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, you implement evidence-based techniques and utilize a variety of materials and stimuli to encourage skill acquisition, behavior modification, and positive reinforcement. You make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve!

What's Needed From a Clinic Behavior Tech
We're looking for someone who can work 30 hours per week between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm (Monday - Friday) while meeting the following qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Heart for working with children and people with autism
Residence within 30-60 minutes of the city for this job
Ability to work a varied schedule depending on client needs
