Client Relations and Events Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Reporting to the Client Relations Manager, the Client Relations and Events Specialist will support the Client Relations department in the development and execution of strategies that nurture client relationships, increase client retention, and drive deeper engagement across the retail network, based on data-driven insights. In addition, this role will assist the Client Relations department with planning and coordinating events and initiatives in the region, while also providing overall department support as needed.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

CRM Systems Management and Data Analysis

  • Support the Americas Client Relations team in analyzing client KPIs, translating the findings into actionable recommendations and identifying key opportunities to optimize business performance, client retention and recruitment across the region.
  • Maintain the CRM system, through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, ensuring data reliability and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
  • Proactively conduct ad-hoc analysis to review and track client interactions and behaviors to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Establish and maintain KPI reports and dashboards that communicate key business trends to management.
  • Monitor success of Client Development programs, track effectiveness and assess return on investment.
  • Segment client data based on demographics, behaviors, and other relevant criteria, and propose highly targeted outreach campaigns.

Events

  • Assist the Client Relations Manager to identify local needs and implement CRM initiatives aimed at driving continued growth, engagement, and quality sales.
  • Support the Client Relations Manager in organizing client events to ensure flawless execution in all the stores, in line with the HQ global strategy. This includes strategic and operational organization.
  • Assist with vendor and budget management.
  • Track and report the success of events on a per store basis with pre-event and post-event reports and presentations.
  • Play and integral role in the planning and coordinating of events and initiatives for the Moncler corporate team.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in preferred fields of study include Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or other relevant field of study.
  • The ideal profile may also be a life learner with relevant work experience in lieu of bachelor’s degree.

Work Experience

  • In store retail experience is required.
  • Events coordination/management experience is required.
  • Must have at least three (3) years’ experience working in a client relations or business analyst capacity, where strong CRM strategies came to life, while utilizing tools and KPIs to measure and track progress.

Special Skills and Personal Attributes

  • Strong knowledge of CRM principles and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data- driven decisions.
  • Technologically adept with proficiency in Microsoft tools (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook).
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Dynamics and MicroStrategy knowledge a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, including vendor management, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative client engagement strategies.
  • Results driven, client-centric individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Professional presentation; able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all levels.

Pay Transparency statement:

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, Moncler includes a reasonable estimate of the salary rate range for this role. This considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $75,000 to $95,000 annually.


In addition to a competitive base salary, the appointed candidate will also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-termdisability, various paid time off programs, employee discount, and a retirement plan with employer contribution.


The position requires 4 days per week on Site in the Moncler Corporate Office, located in the heart of Soho, Manhattan
