Job Responsibilities 

  • Perform administrative and clerical duties such as document management, correspondence, updating and managing opportunities using CRM, etc.
  • Be the first point of contact for clients and vendors. Maintain up-to-date contact lists, records, and electronic filing systems/document management.
  • Schedule/reschedule internal and external meetings, executive lunches and conference calls.
  • Create and edit various documents, spreadsheets and presentations within the MS Office suite.
  • Oversee/facilitate tax season flow of materials between clients and the firm.
  • Assist clients with uploading tax materials and retrieving their tax returns via a multitude of software platforms.
  • Assist in the collection of receivables and facilitating client payments.
  • Assists with project communication and documentation regarding status of projects.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Other duties as assigned



Requirements 

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative or customer service experience.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.



Preferred Qualifications 

  • Bachelors’ degree.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Teams, Windows operating system, Zoom, Adobe Sign, Dropbox, etc.
  • Exposure to tax software, such as XCM, CaseWare, Tax Caddy and CCH Axcess.

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. The compensation range for this position: $22 - $39/hour. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
