AI Contractor

Implementation is one of the most important steps in the customer journey for a SaaS company. The faster the company is deployed, the faster the company is receiving value from their purchase. The Implementation Analyst will orchestrate implementations for hotels of all sizes. You will positively impact the customer's early impressions of Duetto, building advocacy and distancing Duetto from the competition. You are a confident, goal-focused business analyst who is a team player skilled at relationship building and juggling all of the many requirements of the day.

Responsibilities

• Planification, design and implementation of AI systems according to Duetto requirements
• Implementation and documentation of developed systems over the Cloud.
• LLM management, agent development and supervision (for example, Amazon Bedrock).
• Particularly, for agents, development of Action Groups or tasks for different usages.
• Vector Database Management (for example, OpenSearch).
• Lead, implement and maintain Duetto AI AWS infrastructure (Step Functions, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, EventBridge, CloudFormation among others).
• Design and implementation of Prompt Engineering techniques.
• Coordination and interaction with the Duetto team for system requirements and feedback.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation for historical reference and reporting.
• Ensure that all AI solutions comply with company security policies.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills appropriately tailored to the target audience
• Extensive knowledge of AWS services, including but not limited to Lambda, S3, and Bedrock
• Strong technical and analytical skills; adept at troubleshooting complex issues
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Experience in developing and deploying AI and machine learning solutions
• Experience with managing and processing large datasets
• Understanding of data security best practices and experience with implementing security measures in AI solutions
• Experience using Atlassian applications (Jira & Confluence)
