Accounts Payable/Payroll Clerk

In Touch Pharmaceuticals, Long Term Care Pharmacy is seeking a Full Time Accounts Payable/Payroll Associate.

Job Responsibilities

The primary purpose of the Accounts Payable/Payroll Clerk s to maintain accurate Accounts Payable and Payroll records and work closely with Controller.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Successful candidates will have a professional appearance and demeanor·
• Accounts Payable Experience 2-3 years Preferred·
• Payroll Experience 2-3 years Preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP is helpful·
• Experience with Paycor is helpful
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to read and interpret documents·
• Technical skills and adaptability·
• Strong multi-tasker·

Duties may include

• Reconciling purchase orders to invoices and other documentation·
• Posting invoices with proper GL coding·
• Organizing and filing invoices·
• Bank reconciliations·
• Managing vendor records and reconciling vendor statements·
• Maintaining schedule for monthly vendor payments
• Verifying Time Cards
• Entering Payroll data as needed
• Other duties as assigned
  
  
  

Mental, Physical, And Work Environment Requirements

The Accounts Payable Clerk completes the assigned position in the office. The position requires frequent sitting, occasional periods of standing and walking with continuous use of hands to finger, reaching with hands and arms movements. Close vision activity required with the ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus. The overall work environment has moderate noise (i.e. co-worker conversation, use of office equipment).
