Chartway Partnerships Group are one of Kents leading housebuilder and developer, specialising in the development of new homes and communities, working in partnership with housing associations, landowners and fund managers. Right now, due to our continued growth we are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our business, on a permanent contract out of our offices in Sandwich, Kent.


About The Role…

As a PA, you’ll be supporting a number of our Directors across our subsidiaries, OFP Timber Frame, Discovery Stairs & Chartway Dry Lining businesses.


You will be responsible for managing the Director’s diary’s, scheduling internal and external meetings; as well as co-ordinating travel including domestic and international flights, venues, or catering and accommodation as required.


You’ll be their first line of defence responsible for answering, filtering and responding to calls, Emails and other written communications and provide general secretarial assistance to the Directors.


You’ll be able to utilise your fantastic interpersonal and organisational skills, liaising with other team members to ensure all relevant documents are available, collated and prepared prior to Board Meetings, Forums and other regular Senior Management meetings. You’ll prepare agenda’s and taking minutes aswell as following up on any tasks.


As well as this, you’ll have a number of other responsibilities such as managing expenses, office management, and any other administrative duties asked.

You’ll come from a similar position within the Construction, manufacturing or House building industry, excellent IT skills, be highly organised, and have the ability to work autonomously.


The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in an appropriate manner, is essential.
