We are looking for some who is determined that every child, whatever their starting point, should make good progress, who finds supporting colleagues motivating, and who enjoys working with parents.
We have a well-deserved reputation for the quality of our CPD. We know that working together not only improves results but reduces workload and our structures support this. We encourage our Teaching Assistants to develop a specialist area and will provide training to support this.
