About The Role
The Customer Success Executive is the coordinator of all things campaign, working closely with the sales and Ad Ops team to ensure that we deliver the best in market campaign results and provide world class service to our clients, building strong relationships. The CSM role couldn’t be more diverse with no one day being the same being involved in all aspects of the campaign life cycle.
What You Will Be Doing
The Customer Success Executive is the coordinator of all things campaign, working closely with the sales and Ad Ops team to ensure that we deliver the best in market campaign results and provide world class service to our clients, building strong relationships. The CSM role couldn’t be more diverse with no one day being the same being involved in all aspects of the campaign life cycle.
What You Will Be Doing
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with your clients
- Manage the lifecycle of a campaign from set up, activation and delivering of post campaign presentations
- Take ownership of an agency patch being first point of contact
- Present yourself as an expert both of Ogury and the Industry
- Strategically counselling clients; developing effective and creative campaign recommendations with a clear understanding of client objectives, KPIs and targets
- Identifying opportunities for account growth and collaborate with sales to increase account retention
- Drive incremental revenue through high quality service driving Ogury products and services
- Entertain clients in social environments further building relationships
- Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver a better customer experience
- Identify risk in campaign briefs and set up, mitigate the risk, and ensure a successful resolution
- Leverage Ogury’s Insights suite to provide clients with industry leading insights and learnings on briefs and campaigns
- Client-facing experience, ideally gained in the digital advertising industry
- Experience in the mobile and programmatic space would be a huge advantage
- Ability to deliver results under pressure, work independently, and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Operate well within including Sales and Ad Ops
- Able to work to deadlines and work in a highly efficient manner
- Analytically minded toward data to produce relevant points of interest resulting in valuable commentary and storytelling
- Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Confidence in presenting to internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A hunger to achieve and grow your agency patch
- A base knowledge of the programmatic landscape
- Highly detail orientated
