We are over the moon to be working with this awesome business building a range of fin-tech and payments products designed for e-commerce and mobile-based businesses and after a few years of consistent success, they are looking to expand their presence and build a brand new team in Portugal.

This role will be leading a small but dynamic team of 4 engineers as they completely re-vamp their full stack environment utilising Node.JS and Flutter.

Within this role you can expect to play a crucial role in steering the ship and acting as a bridge been both technical and non-technical members of staff, making things happen and driving best engineering practices.

To be considered for this role you must have:

• Over 7 years experience working as a Software Engineer.
• Prior line management experience
• In-depth knowledge of best engineering practices (TDD etc)
• Experience building customer-facing features within mobile-based applications
• Previous hands-on experience working with both Flutter and Node.JS
