Day-to-day management of the following social media networks, including but not limited to YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn
Working closely with the copywriting team, ensuring high-quality content creation for social media posts, advertisements, and integrations
Implementing strategies to increase engagement, followership, and brand visibility on all platforms
Coordinating with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives
Managing advertising campaigns across social media platforms to maximize reach and impact
Building relationships with influencers and partners to amplify our brand presence
Analysing social media performance metrics and generating regular reports to track progress and optimize strategies
Creation of SMM strategy, including identifying new platforms and channels
Budget management and cost control
Increasing brand awareness and lead generation
Building reporting system, including identifying all necessary metrics
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in social media marketing, with a focus on cryptocurrency or fintech industries
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends
Proficiency in analytics tools and experience in interpreting data to drive decision-making
