Project Coordinator

MSD in Haarlem is looking for a temporary Project Coordinator with a sharp analytical mind.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for exciting projects with MSD, monitoring deadlines, creating structure, and safeguarding projects and procedures.

In this challenging role, you will be responsible for implementing various projects, including Batch Hub. In addition, you will coordinate the standardization of working methods using data analysis and a Team Information Model.

Core responsibilities (list not exhaustive):

• Analyzing data and building data models in Excel, based on which data-driven decisions are made.

• Monitoring and ensuring the administration and implementation of data review and analyses.

• Advising on the effect of changes in the process on the quality department. Evaluating and improving procedures based on discussions with specialists.

• Responsibility for establishing, coordinating, and executing timelines where appropriate, planning for process integration, and standardization, including pace of cross-training between teams.

• The implementation and coordination of various projects, including Batch Hub.

• You work closely with the internal client and a multidisciplinary project team. Where applicable, you draw up the budget and the project plan and take care of all the steps from A-Z monitoring while the project is active.

Your profile

• You have finished a Bachelor education or higher.

• You are experienced in creating data models in excel.

• You have an excellent analytical mind and find it easy to work with data.

• You can show some work experience leading projects.

• You write and speak English at a professional level (C1).
