, Job Description

We are expanding our quality team and seeking a passionate Customer Quality Engineer to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams in an international setting.
• Engage in projects focused on innovative solutions within the automotive sector, specifically mechanical and electric oil pumps.
• Oversee and manage customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor and manage process management and product quality checks to uphold our quality standards.
  
  

, Qualifications

The ideal candidate has a degree in Electronics Engineering or similar background and has already gained 2-3 years of experience in Quality area within complex manufacturing organizations with exposure to an international environment, preferably in the automotive market.

Personality:goal-orientation and self-driven with entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication and team working skills, proactivity and leadership;

Language skills:Fluent English is required, open to learn Italian quickly is appreciated, good German and/or French knowledge will be a plus.
