Sr. Product Engineer

Cloud: Ø Lead the design, build, and operational management of highly secure and scalable sites/software for the business and work tirelessly to guarantee the reduction or removal of bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the Cloud/PAAS/DevOps. Ø Drive the product deployment into PAAS/Cloud and increase their consumption of the platform by providing deployment guidance, supporting cloud adoption model, and providing appropriate recommendations to overcome blockers. Ø Configures, and maintains the frameworks, tools, and systems that enable optimal performance of the business¿s sites/software. Ø Involved in Understanding functional specifications and providing solutions for environment build to meet business requirements Ø Strong experience in writing and updating the technical documents on regular basis with the changes made to the existing environment. Ø Expertise in Cloud/PAAS based applications deployment, troubleshooting and support Ø Implement proactive auto healing. Network & Security: Ø Strong interaction with design and architecture teams to drive resolution on vRAN projects Ø Work with underlay and overlay controllers for network creation, network modeling, and network deployments; Leverage plugins for network deployments across multiple virtualized OS environments Ø Create Network Security Policies. Test and fix network security Vulnerabilities. Ø Creating and managing traffic policies, Geo proximity routing Ø Configure and maintain Load Balancers. Also having expertise in WAN/LAN network management, keeping track of network performance, respond to problems and deploy solutions. AI OPs: Ø Create Cognitive automations to resolve real Operation Problems. Build Machine learning Models and Algorithms. Ø Expertise In orchestration/automation for all hybrid data center capabilities across operational environments DevOps: Ø Extensive knowledge and skills in Analysis, Requirement Gathering, Estimation, Environment design, DevOps technologies and Implementation. Ø Experience in UNIX administration and DevOps technologies including but not limited to CI/CD pipeline creation and automation. Ø Build and support platform for application deployment and scaling Ø Implementing zero downtime deployment strategies using Blue Green or Canary deployment approach Operations: Ø Maintain and control user access to platform, UNIX systems and environments Ø Investigate and diagnose Incidents, resolve Incidents within the specified Service Level Agreements/Operational Level Agreements. Document troubleshooting steps and service restoration details Ø Providing tooling solutions based on requirement ¿ create Alerts, Dashboards and reports Ø Proficiency in creating Knowledgebase and process documents with periodic review, updates with changes to Infrastructure components and processes. Applications: Ø Understanding of application functional flows. Ø Knowledge of tracing errors and exceptions in the logs and troubleshoot. Ø Create and maintain end to end architecture artifacts including but not limited to, interface design document, process design document, sequence diagrams, data flow diagrams and data models across the OSS/BSS ecosystem.
