Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Strategist an ANSR to develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. The talent will play a key role in crafting effective strategies to achieve clients' goals and build a strong brand presence.

As a Digital Marketing senior professional, you will be driving the employer branding efforts on all digital platforms to position our customers as ‘employer of choice’ to prospective hires, partnering with different stakeholders to brand and market the company to support ongoing candidate-employee lifecycle and grow the client brand. You will be leading the recruitment marketing efforts for customer during the run phase for customers projects.

This multifaceted position demands a strategic yet hands-on approach, requiring agility and adaptability in navigating dynamic environments. This is an individual contributor role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to define marketing goals and expected outcomes for both client and platform.
  • Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans aligned with client briefs.
  • Conduct regular competitor research to identify conversation opportunities and enhance brand presence.
  • Leverage business-relevant, seasonal, and topical occasions to craft targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Create comprehensive digital strategy proposals (including market research, digital landscape analysis, brand analysis, content recommendations) for new clients during the onboarding stage.
  • Oversee the monthly social media calendar across customer, enabling the brand consultants to create platform-specific content strategies.
  • Lead the conceptualization, strategy, and execution of all social media marketing campaigns.
  • Manage paid promotion across social media channels.
  • Identify new social media platforms and engagement opportunities to expand brand reach.
  • Collaborate on building email marketing calendars for targeted campaigns.
  • Oversee email campaign strategy, including templates, design themes, content formats, and sending times.
  • Monitor website performance metrics such as website score, traffic, session quality, and landing page data.
  • Ensure adherence to SEO best practices for client landing pages to improve organic traffic.
  • Regularly analyze and report on landing page (microsite) performance, recommending strategies to optimize sessions.
  • Create and maintain a master reporting dashboard to share relevant data with stakeholders.
  • Document campaign and platform reports for monthly team reviews.


People Management:

  • Mentor a team of employer branding professionals, fostering their growth and development.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members in executing employer branding initiatives effectively.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Employer Branding and/or or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing strategy development and execution
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing successful social media campaigns
  • Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms and campaign management
  • Experience with email marketing best practices
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Passion for staying current with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
