Inviting applications for the role of Manager - Quality Specialist

Responsibilities


• This is an individual contributing role who has operational user experience, preferably in the role of Quality, Brewing and Packaging in shop floor and managing information of one of these areas -> For a deployment role the business experience might be more relevant than the analyst experience because this person will train people in the operation. The experience in shop floor on the key areas mentioned previously are necessary to connect the systems to the demands of Production.

• Knowledge on Quality Systems (e.g.: ISO 9500 principles) since this is basic to organize information and deploy in a systematic way. Also, ability to communicate and teach operational levels.

• Strategic thinking: I would replace “develop a clear vision for the future organization” with “contributes to “. At this level key point is to execute well rather than being strategic

• Who this person is working with and interaction with the stakeholders (OpCo, Global Function, Breweries, Connected Brewery, Program Management, etc.)

• Specifically for the platform familiarizes and aligns approach with relevant global initiatives, such as Quality no Debate!, One2improve, etc...

• Focus on the critical path during deployment, for Quality being the data cleansing, data organisation, learn agility on supplier governance, product release, entrance control. Person needs to be capable to monitor, coach and flag when necessary.

Operational experience in the shop floor, user experience in the systems, preferably in the role of Quality, Brewing and / or Packaging and managing information of one of these areas.​

Experience in training people in the operation.​

Knowledge of the operation to be able to connect the systems to the demands of Production.​

Knowledge on Quality Systems (e.g.: ISO 9500 principles), this is basic to organize information and deploy in a systematic way. ​

Ability to interact with stakeholder from different levels (OpCo, Global Function, Breweries, Connected Brewery, Program Management, etc.).​

Familiarizes and aligns approach with relevant global initiatives, such as Quality no Debate!, Parsable, SwipeGuide, One2improve, etc...​

Knowledge of the technical integration aspects of Parsable relating to the use of API’s and reference sheets.​

Focus on the critical path during deployment, for Quality being the data cleansing, data organisation, learn agility on supplier governance, product release, entrance control. Person needs to be capable to monitor, coach and flag when necessary.​

Organize and Control the Connected Quality (Parsable, One2Improve, SwipeGuide, QMDM) implementation as a Subject Matter Expert in Quality content (E2E perspective).​

Support the training execution of Connected Quality being a reference to clarify questions and doubts.​

Be the link point from Global Quality team in the interface of OpCos/Regions to the Connected Quality Platform (Parsable, One2Improve, SwipeGuide, QMDM) team to ensure adherence of the Global Standards and Procedures.​

Be the link point on the Quality content for the Connected Quality Platform to all other Platforms when necessary.​

Learn, Shape and Reapply the knowledge of Connected Quality Hz-1 and Hz-2 implementation in next Horizons of the Connected Quality.​

Ability to co design the future of connected quality management/sampling systems together with other global functions (CORE DBB, Connected Brewery)​

Quality in all processes in a brewery: Brewing, Packaging.
