We are looking for a Manager - Talent Management-Chennai. Candidate must be willing to work to maximize collaboration with key stakeholders and responsible for Talent management activities of the country.

Job Title – Manager - Talent Management

Why this role?

Contributes to the development and implementation of Talent, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI), Culture, leadership and engagement processes, tools and solutions and oversees implementation across APM.

What will you be doing?

  • Drives Leadership Talent Review process
  • Develops and promotes Internal talent pools in collaboration with TA & hiring managers and explore talent for future competency needs
  • Owns Individual Development Plan process deployment
  • Runs process for Engagement surveys and measurement in partnership with P & C
  • Contribute to the development of policies, guidelines and processes to ensure local business needs and talent requirements are included.
  • Drive succession planning and manage career development activities (e.g. development programs, mentoring, short-term rotations) together with HR colleagues
  • Deliver development workshops and mentoring / coaching as needed
  • Delivery & ownership of agreed projects in this space

Are you the one?

  • Relevant University degree
  • 3 years of talent management experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential, with the ability to collaborate with HR and across functional/business lines in a global matrix organization up to Director level
  • Effective listening, communication and influencing skills
  • Demonstrable experience presenting to large groups (100 ) both in person and virtually
  • Good planning and organization skills
  • Broad based, agile and creative mindset
  • Great ability to work in a diverse environment.
