Qualifications And Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in Guest Service Management
  • Proficiency in Guest Handling and Front Office Operations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Hotel Management and Hospitality industry
  • Ability to handle guest relations effectively
  • Experience in guest service and customer engagement
  • Certification in Hospitality-Hotels / Restaurants is a plus
