- Proficiency in Guest Handling and Front Office Operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Hotel Management and Hospitality industry
- Ability to handle guest relations effectively
- Experience in guest service and customer engagement
- Certification in Hospitality-Hotels / Restaurants is a plus
- Manage guest relations and ensure exceptional customer service experiences
- Oversee front office operations and handle guest inquiries and requests
- Build and maintain guest relationships to enhance customer loyalty
- Coordinate with various departments to meet guest needs efficiently
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
