Job Description
Ensuring the smooth governance and running of enterprise corporates applications including SAP, Success-factor, IVR, Intranet Portals, Sharepoint, IVR, CRM, Leave Management Systems, Transport Management System, Building Management System, etc
As a Program Delivery Manager, I Formulating, organize and monitor inter-connected projects to meet the corporate business objectives
Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors
IT Service Management within defined SLA’s & KPIs
Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
Decide on suitable strategies and objectives
Coordinate cross-project activities
Supporting Business Unite leaders with the internal application needs to ensure productive and cost-effective Operations globally.
Helping Guide enterprise directors, and corporate leadership, on which software and hardware products and other equipment are most suited for use within the enterprise.
Serves as focal point for all inter-office IT-related matters company-wide across a global (international) multi-cultural stakeholder group
Ensures that appropriate managers are monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating performance and working on the resolution of identified degradation trends and problem areas (Performance Management).
Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff
Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities
Apply change, risk, and resource management
Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors
Ensures that support for around-the-clock information transfer, storage, and processing is timely, efficient, and meets the service levels required.
Easily recognizes areas for internal improvement and develops plans for implementation.
Lends expertise to internal teams and task forces.
Reviews the status reports of team members across projects and addresses issues as appropriate.
Prepare dashboards & reports for directors & leadership
Complies with and enforces standard company policies and procedures.
Formulating and leading Business Solutions activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to corporate / enterprise applications.
Developing long-lasting and high-quality business relationships with internal clients & stakeholders by instilling trust and confidence
Working directly with internal business leaders to understand their business strategy, program requirements & processes
Mentors managers through formal channels.
Act as Owner of in-house innovation initiatives
Qualifications
15 years of demonstrable experience in Corporate Applications & Internal Apps with Demonstrable Programme management experience at a multinational global enterprise with real-time 24x7 operations
Good communicator
Track record of building strong delivery teams
Excellent working knowledge of Solution and Integration Design
Relevant technical certifications
Technology background
Good to have Business Operational experience
Engineering or Technical Degree a plus
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Technical Expertise
Hands-on experience with Corporate enterprise applications
Making suitable recommendations during requirement definition to corporate internal clients based upon industry expertise and standards
. Deliver Functional grooming sessions to the development teams on an ongoing basis. This also includes resolving any queries that emerge during such sessions.
Acting as a bridge for query resolutions and artifact updates between the technology teams and the customer organization.
Awareness of the corporate enterprise methodologies & Cloud Computing (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, EaaS)
Good understating of financial models, costing, pricing, and vendor management
