Job role: Software Engineer Specialist - SAP BASIS

Job location: Bangalore

Qualification: BE/BTech/MCA (Fulltime & regular)

Experience: 8 to 15 years

Key Terms Of Reference

• Specialist in managing SAP Connected ( MDG, GRC, CFIN, BW, BPC) and disconnect applications ( CONCUR, ARIBA, SAC, Blackline )
• Experience in Certificate renewal
• Proactive monitoring of SAP Applications and Jobs
• Experience in SAP environment upgrade.
• Experience in SAP env migration.
• Strong knowledge of Batch Job monitoring tool ( CALM, TechMon).
• Experience in Agile development practices preferred.
• Prior experience of Transformation projects and implementation desirable
• Strong communication skills, and ability to influence stakeholders.
• IAG Configuration experience will be an added advantage.
  
  

Summary Description For The Role

The role holder will be part of the SAP Environment Management engineering team, and is responsible for managing SAP environments closely working with cloud service providers (AWS, GCP)

Key Responsibilities Are

• Maintain SAP environments
• Periodic Upgrades & Migration of SAP environments
• Certificate renewal
• Ability to take ownership of solutions, from design stage to deployment.
• Support testing – CIT/E2E/UAT
• Analyse code / problem statement and review designs
• Experience on cloud platforms a plus.
• Work with geographically diverse development teams.
• Stakeholder management
• Work in Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
• Conduct Show & Tells with business users, propose solutions which provide business value to users.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering from recognized institutions
• Relevant, contemporary and industry recognised qualifications where appropriate.
• Relevant professional experience, relating to both business process and technical aspects of the role.
• Functional & Technical knowledge of SAP GRC / Security
